Description
Framed print of ‘Dozing Ruff’ by the well-known British bird illustrator Martin Woodcock (1935-2019) who depicted over 3000 bird species on 550 colour plates using watercolour, gouache and oils. Signed, titled and numbered by the artist in pencil. This print numbered 45/125. The wood frame measures 47.5cm x 42cm. Visible artwork is 33cm x 28.5cm, within a card matte. Acrylic glazing. The frame, matte and glazing are in pristine condition. There is a small water stain in the top left corner of the print and what looks like a pencil mark in the top right corner, otherwise as new.
