77cm x 53cm (Approx.) Well Preserved Poster of China’s “Great Helmsman” dating to the early cultural revolution. Mao Portraits were made with the intention to be hung not collected meaning they are rare as only a minority survived. Poster is in good condition with some Negligible age foxing. Minor dulled edges and some marks. no major rips or creases. Poster is rolled and stored in a tube Printed in 1967. First edition third printing. September 1967 Printing of Inner Mongolia Xinhua Printing factory which has been operating since 1950 till present day.
